Police are continuing an investigation into a concealment of a birth at a property in Penyrheol.
Detectives are also investigating allegations of historic sexual abuse at the same property.
Police were seen digging up the garden at the house in Pen-Y-Bryn, Penyrheol, back in March this year.
At the time, Gwent Police said a local man had been helping them with their enquiries.
Asked by Caerphilly Observer on the progress of the investigation, a spokeswoman for Gwent Police said there was no update and that enquiries were ongoing.
No arrests have been made.
