Three Caerphilly town Asda employees who started work at the original Carrefour store on Pontygwindy Road have celebrated 40 years of retail service.
Elizabeth Samuel, Carole James and Eileen Williams still enjoy working on the shop floor, despite clocking up 120 years of customer service between them.
Elizabeth said: “I can’t believe how quickly the last 40 years have flown by and it’s really nice to see that we’re all one big family and such a big part of the local community.”
General Manager David Copner said the store was proud of its three dedicated colleagues for all of their hard work.
