Foster carers wanted across Caerphilly borough

News | | Published: 11:08, Friday September 23rd, 2016.

Caerphilly County Borough Council is looking for more foster carers who can provide a child with the best possible start in life.

When children are unable to live with their own family, Caerphilly Council’s Fostering Team seek safe and welcoming foster carers to offer a home for that child to stay in.

When possible, the council looks for homes close to a child’s original location so they can live with minimal disruption to their school and social life.

The council offers all foster carers support, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with training available.

For more information on becoming a Foster Carer call 0800 587 5664, text ‘foster’ to 78866 or visit www.caerphilly.gov.uk/fostering.
