Caerphilly-based estate agents Brinsons has welcomed back its managing director, Trevor Isaac, from a massive 405km charity bike ride.

Riding in aid of Velindre Cancer Centre, with whom Brinsons linked up with in June by pledging a donation from every house sold, Mr Isaac cycled from Canmore to Jasper in the Canadian Rockies with 20 other riders.

He said: “The ride was very tough, particularly the 105km stage on day four, which included a rather large 14km hill climb.

“It almost broke me, but I am so pleased to have completed the ride.”

The ride raised in excess of £110,000 for Velindre.
