Police would like to speak to this man after a burglary in Tredomen

Gwent Police would like to speak to this man following a burglary at a house in Derwen Close, Tredomen.

The break-in happened at around 9pm on Friday, November 11. During the burglary an iPad was stolen.

The man is described as wearing a hooded top, jeans and white trainers.

Anyone with information can call Gwent Police on 101 quoting ref 287 12/11/16, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

    Am I alone in wondering how in the world anyone could recognise the person in the picture? I had a good look at the image and all I could say, and that without certainty, that this person is slim and is wearing light coloured trousers or jeans and what looks like a hoody type fleece or pullover.

    I can’t tell whether it’s a male or female, teenager or forty year old or their skin colour. It looks as if police have a description from another source, as mentioned in the article, but the photo is not clear enough to even confirm this description.
