Into the Ark, the musical duo from Blackwood, have reached the final four of TV talent show The Voice, after making it through the final knockout round on Saturday March 25.

Dane Lloyd, 25, and Taylor Jones, 20, sang Let It Be Me by Ray LaMontagne to secure their place in the final on ITV on Saturday April 1. If successful, the pair will win a record deal with Polydor Records.

Mentor Sir Tom Jones said: “For me, the potential that you have… I mean that’s why I feel that you have to go forward because you have so much potential.

“You can sing so many songs and I’ve heard songs that you’ve written and you sing together, and it’s incredible.”

The duo were back where it began on Monday March 27, performing at The Forge Inn, Oakdale, for a homecoming which will be shown on Sunday’s show.
