Bedwas plumbing firm named best Dyno franchise

A Bedwas plumbing firm has been named franchise of the year for its Dyno operation.

CP General Services Ltd was awarded the accolade last month by the British Gas-owned Dyno for its commitment to customer service and excellence.

The awards were the culmination of a annual two-day conference of Dyno franchisees held in Burton on Trent
The local Dyno Plumbing office, operated by CP General Services Ltd, is based on Bedwas House Industrial Estate and is run by husband and wife team Carl and Leanne Phillips.

In total they employ six office staff and 19 plumbing engineers who manage the work load on a 24-hour, seven day week basis.

On the night of the awards they received runners up in the service in excellence award and first place in plumbing franchise of the year.

The award was collected by CP General services operational manager Greg Pearce.

Mr Pearce said: “I’m extremely humbled and proud to collect this on behalf our team at CP General Services.

“The director Carl Phillips has worked extremely hard to bring this franchise to the level it now is and we are all ecstatic.

Directors Carl and Leanne Phillips said: “We are extremely pleased that our efforts and the efforts of the team have been recognised and rewarded with such an accolade.

“We are all very proud.”
