A man has been arrested after a “disturbance” prompted a large police presence at a house near Blackwood last week.
Gwent Police was called to Pencoed Avenue in Cefn Fforest at around 8pm on Thursday June 22, where officers were concerned for the welfare of a 46-year-old man.
He was arrested, and remained in police custody on Friday June 23.
Officers are continuing to investigate the incident, and are asking any witnesses or anyone with information to contact 101, quoting log: 558 22/6/17.
