A Bedwas-based refrigeration and air conditioning company has appointed a new director.

Tom Hannaby, pictured above, has taken up the position at CB Refrigeration Ltd.

Mr Hannaby, who joined the company as Operations Manager, following a takeover last year, said: “CB Refrigeration is growing positively month-on-month. We have managed to build a dynamic and exciting proposition in a relatively short period, utilising the strong historic roots of the company.

“CB Refrigeration Ltd is a fantastic business that I look forward to growing with, over future years.”

Jason Beament, Director at CB Refrigeration Ltd, commented: “Tom has without doubt been a real asset to the business from day one and has helped us all in our first year of ownership.

“For myself and the remaining board of directors, it was a natural transition to make this appointment.”

Based on Bedwas House Industrial Estate, CB Refrigeration Ltd was established in 1968 and now offers its services to a wide range of sectors.

The business was bought by the directors of electrical engineering and facilities company, Ayjay Group Ltd in August last year.
