Ystrad Mynach-based recruitment business receives specialist support

A new recruitment business has made progress thanks to specialist advice and support from Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Business Team.

Star-Fusion is a new recruitment business which has taken up residence in the Smart Zone of Tredomen Innovation and Technology Centre, Ystrad Mynach, thanks to guidance delivered by Caerphilly Council.

The new business covers all sectors of recruitment, specialising in manufacturing and engineering. Star-Fusion focus on ‘recruiting excellence’ and can assist with all job titles and fields including directors, managers, supervisors, finance, design, and administration, among many others.

Lucy Gould, Director of Star-Fusion Ltd, said: “Thank you to Caerphilly County Borough Council for their assistance through advice and guidance, which has enabled the business to go from strength to strength.

“Star-Fusion focuses on specialist, technical, hard to fill roles, as well as providing quality candidates for such positions.”

Cllr Sean Morgan, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Economy said: “I am delighted that Caerphilly County Borough Council has supported Star-Fusion Ltd with advice and guidance, which has enabled the business to find the ideal premises to work from.”
