A 36-year-old man from the Crumlin area has been arrested in connection with a robbery at a post office.
At around 7.50am on Saturday, September 9, at the Village Shop, in Crumlin Square in Crumlin, a man armed with a metal pole hit a post office cashier over the head and stole more than £900 in cash.
Gwent Police appealed for the information and subsequently arrested a 36-year-old man who has since been released under investigation.
