JCP Solicitors has appointed a residential property conveyancing specialist to its Caerphilly office.

Rachel McAdorey has joined JCP as an Associate Solicitor in Conveyancing, returning to her hometown, where she had previously worked for seven years.

She joins the firm having cut her teeth with law firms in Blackwood and Aberdare, where she dealt with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including sales and purchases, part exchanges with new build properties, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership transfers of equity and more.

During her previous roles, Rachel also dealt with Commercial Conveyancing, adverse possessions, title disputes as well as Lasting Power of Attorney, Wills and Probate and some Family matters.

Rebecca Goldsworthy, Director and Head of JCP’s Residential Property team in South East Wales, said: “We are pleased to welcome Rachel back to continue her successful legal career in Caerphilly, this time as part of JCP’s Residential Property team.

“Her broad legal grounding, her experience with legally complex files, her trouble-shooting expertise and her relationship-building skills have already proved to be an asset. We are delighted to continue to offer clients the best possible expertise from a local business.”
