News | | Published: 18:35, Tuesday October 31st, 2017.

Two passengers suffered minor cuts to their hands when the window of a bus they were travelling in smashed after it was shot at.

Gwent Police said the bus was travelling on Caerphilly Road in Llanbradach when a shot from a BB gun hit the window. The incident happened at around 1pm today, Tuesday, October 31.

Armed officers were called as a precaution and later retrieved a BB gun.

A spokeswoman for Gwent Police said a 13-year-old boy from the local area is due to attend a police station tomorrow for a voluntary interview. No arrests were made.

Don’t just slap his wrists – let him and his parents feel the full weight of the law.
There are too many like this – believing they can do what they like without any consequences for themselves.

A BB gun smashing the glass of a bus? Don’t think so, if it was a schoolboy with a homemade catapult I’d believe the story.
