Firefly Yoga is an independent yoga studio located on Nine Mile Point Industrial Estate in Cwmfelinfach.

Sophie, the owner and teacher at the studio, is a fully-qualified Level 3 Yoga Instructor with experience of teaching a wide range of classes and abilities. The studio specialises in seven different styles of yoga including, Yin, Hot, and Partner among others.

All classes are suitable for beginners and can be modified to suit any participant needs.

Classes are also open to children aged five and up provided they are accompanied by an adult and all classes have no upper age limit.

Firefly Yoga is open seven days a week and has classes pre-9am before work, during the day, and in the evening.

Most classes are £4, hot classes are £6 and can be paid for on a pay-as-you-go basis.

No membership fee or block booking is required making it great for shift workers or busy parents who perhaps can’t commit to once every week.

‘Passes’ are also available which allow you to pay for a number of classes in advance, giving the benefit of cheaper classes.

As well as the normal timetable, Firefly Yoga also takes private bookings on an individual, small or large group basis.

These can be carried out at the studio or at a venue of your choice.

These are great for those who would like one to one tuition, sport clubs or corporate groups.

Classes are also available for free to charity groups or organisations.

Sophie welcomes any questions either via phone, Facebook or the website.

You can also email the studio at fireflyyogawales@gmail.com.

If you wish to call into the studio before your first class that can be arranged.
