Police appeal for information regarding sexual assault on train in Llanbradach

Update August 13, 2019: Police have confirmed that no further action was taken in this case.

British Transport Police (BTP) want to speak to a man in connection with a sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl on a train in Llanbradach.

The incident occurred on a train between Cardiff Queen Street and Llanbradach on Saturday, March 17.

A spokesman for British Transport Police said: “Shortly before 8pm, as passengers were disembarking from the train at Llanbradach, a man inappropriately touched a girl multiple times as they were both stood in the aisle. The victim, who left the train at Llanbradach, was left distraught by the incident.”

    With such a serious complaint why wasnt this appeal made months ago. This appeal should have been made back in March/ april.
