A man has been taken to hospital after he was stabbed in a Caerphilly street.
Gwent Police said the man suffered injuries that are not thought to be life-threatening.
A spokesman for the force said: “We are currently investigating a serious incident which took place in the Mill Road area of Caerphilly on Saturday afternoon, October 20, during which one male was stabbed.
“The victim’s injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
“Further updates will be issued in due course.”
A spokeswoman for the Wales Ambulance Service confirmed crews were called to Mill Close in Caerphilly at 2.35pm on Saturday following reports of a stabbing.
The man was taken to University Hospital Wales in Cardiff and it is believed the Wales Air Ambulance was also in attendance.
