Gwent Police has arrested a man who breached his license conditions, following an appeal to locate him.
Liam Chapman, 19, from Pontllanfraith was originally imprisoned for a string of driving offences, including dangerous driving, not having insurance and driving while disqualified.
Chapman is described as white, 5ft 9in tall and a proportionate build. He also has dark brown hair.
Chapman was released on licence, but had been recalled after failing to obey the terms of his licence.
