Philippa Marsden, Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Cabinet Member for Education and Achievement said: “I would like to congratulate our library service on its current progress at meeting the needs of our residents across the Caerphilly borough.

“We strive to make sure our libraries provide a proactive and efficient service and I look forward to seeing these results continue and improve for 2019/20.”
