Two men are due to appear in court later this month charged with attacking a man and robbing him.
Steven Soal, 25, and Joshua Soal, 32, appeared at Newport Magistrates’ Court on May 24 and were both remanded in custody.
They will both next appear at Newport Crown Court on June 21.
The attack happened in Graig y Rhacca at around 8.15pm on Monday, May 20.
The victim had not long got off the Stagecoach 50 bus from Caerphilly town centre when he was attacked from behind. He suffered a suspected fractured eye socket and had his car keys and house keys stolen.
