Bedwas Workmen’s Hall to hold AGM

Bedwas Workmen’s Hall management committee will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, July 9 at 7pm.

Residents of Bedwas, Trethomas and Machen are welcome to attend the meeting and speak or vote on matters relating to the hall.

A third of the management committee will be stepping down at the AGM, with the constitution requiring the longest serving members – Wendy Lewis, Caroline Hampson, Sam Levy, Yvette Levy, Andrea Soulsby and Lynda Davies – to all step down.

There will be 12 vacancies at the AGM, with nominations welcome.

The closing date to submit nominations is Monday, June 24.
