Staff at Casa Mia have achieved a 100% pass rate in food safety qualifications

Staff at a Caerphilly town restaurant have secured a 100% pass rate in food safety qualifications.

All 14 members of staff at Casa Mia achieved the Level 2 food safety qualifications after working with Steve Skivens, of training firm Resource Staffing Ltd.

Mr Skivens said: “We offer both staffing and training options to a range of companies and organisations and it was a pleasure working with the Casa Mia staff.

“They were keen to learn and serious about obtaining a recognised qualification.”

The qualification achieved was aimed specifically at staff working in catering, and the training company can also offer qualifications suitable for the retail and manufacturing sectors.
