The incorrectly-spelled road sign greeting people as they enter Penyrheol

Caerphilly County Borough Council has said it will correct a newly-installed sign for Penyrheol after it was misspelled.

The sign has an extra ‘E’ and reads ‘Penyreheol’.

After the mistake was mocked by people on Twitter, Caerphilly County Borough Council posted: “Thank you for making us aware. We will rectify this as soon as we can.”
