Nobody needed hospital treatment following a traffic accident on Bedwas Bridge roundabout this morning (Monday, June 15), a Welsh Ambulance Service Trust spokesperson has confirmed.
The spokesperson said: “We were called to the Bedwas roundabout, Caerphilly at approximately 7.56am today to reports of a road traffic accident.
“We sent one rapid response vehicle and one emergency ambulance.”
The road leading to and from Bedwas was blocked while emergency services attended the area. The road has since been reopened.
The accident resulted in heavy traffic in and around the area.
