Two people taken to hospital after A469 crash near Ystrad Mynach

Two people were taken to hospital after a car crash on the A469 near Ystrad Mynach.

Police, ambulance, and the fire service were called to the southbound carriageway at around 8.30pm on Friday, August 14.

The Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed that two people were taken to hospital while another was taken home by paramedics unhurt.

Gwent Police, via Twitter, said a fourth person had run off.

The road was closed until around 11.10pm following the two-car crash.
