A blood donation hub will be set up near Maesycwmmer this month.

The hub, which is being run by the Welsh Blood Service, will be at the Bryn Meadows hotel on Friday, November 13 and Monday, November 16.

The Welsh Blood Service is hoping to attract first time donors to the give blood at the pop up donation centre.

However, no walk-in slots will be available, with anyone wishing to donate blood asked to sign up beforehand.
