Landlords have been banned from evicting tenants from rented homes this Christmas.
The policy, which came into force on December 11 and will last until January 11, was introduced by Welsh Government.
The rules apply to both private and social rented accommodation.
Housing Minister Julie James said the policy was brought in to “protect public health and support Welsh tenants this Christmas”.
Ms James said: “This is an extremely difficult time for many people and renters should not be forced out of their homes, at a time when there will be less access to advice, support and alternative accommodation.
“We also know that people who are homeless are at a higher risk of contracting coronavirus.”
She also said “up to £50 million” is being invested to tackle homelessness in Wales.
