A Caerphilly-based health technology company was a keynote speaker at a conference exploring Wales’ digital future.
Nudjed was chosen as one of 12 companies that took part in Digital 2015 – held at Newport’s Celtic Manor resort on June 8 and 9.
The company, which has developed a digital platform to help people become healthier, is one of the event’s ‘digital dozen’ – a roll call of companies which champion the use of digital technologies.
Speaking before the conference, Warren Fauvel, co-founder of Nudjed, said: “We’re really excited to be part of the digital dozen. It’s great to be part of the upsurge of digital businesses happening in Wales.
“We feel Wales holds a unique position to lead the world in digital wellness, which is why we chose to base Nudjed here.
“Key to Wales taking this opportunity will be the combination of digital infrastructure, intelligent finance and IT literacy – an agenda I hope to drive forward as part of the digital dozen.”
Digital 2015 showcased a variety of digital innovation and skills through interactive workshops, talks and panel debates.
