A company that is moving into the old Tata Steel plant in Cross Keys is looking to secure contracts with local suppliers.

Welsh company, Capital Coated Steel, one of Europe’s largest processors of pre-finished steel, is holding a Meet the Buyer event on July 13 at its new manufacturing base on the North Blackvein Industrial Estate.

The company, which is relocating its headquarters from Cardiff, is hoping to meet suppliers across all sectors of its supply base.

Capital Coated Steel Managing Director Gary Hunt said:  “As new employers to the area, we are committed to supporting our local community and economy in our new home here in Cross Keys.

“We encourage all interested businesses in the local area to sign up for our event as we are very keen to meet and do business with them.”
