Caerphilly Funeral Services wins Investors in People Award

Caerphilly Funeral Services, an award-winning independent funeral directors, has been presented with its second Investors in People Award.

The scheme is the UK’s leading people management standard and helps organisations to improve business performance through their staff.

For Caerphilly Funeral Services, based near Crossways in Caerphilly, the accreditation of this accolade for the second time represents a continued commitment to the development of its employees and demonstrates a strong foundation of good practice to clients.

Caerphilly MP Wayne David presented the company with its latest award.

He said: “I was delighted to make this presentation. It is a good reflection of the professionalism of Caerphilly Funeral Services. This is an excellent local company and is staffed by hard working and committed individuals.”
