UK ministers visit General Dynamics in Oakdale

Defence firm General Dynamics UK has welcomed Stephen Crabb MP, Secretary of State for Wales, and Anna Soubry MP, Minister for Small Business, Industry and Enterprise, to its Oakdale facilities on Wednesday September 2.

The pair were visiting to learn more about the company’s research and development hub and praised the company, which currently employs more than 500 people at its two Oakdale sites.

      It’s a shame irresponsible defence spending levels make ventures like this risky.

        We could always pay for it out of the foreign aid budget. That seems to be the “go” lately not that I’m complaining, perhaps we should use all the foreign aid budget on defence spending as there are a lot of foreign fighters on our soil now.
