‘Tell Laura I Love Her’ singer Ricky Valance dies aged 84

Ricky Valance, the first Welsh male singer to have a number one record, has died aged 84.

Councillor Dave Poole resigned as leader in September last year and referred himself to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.
