Bargoed to host first-ever May fair – road closures will be in place

The first-ever Bargoed May Fair is set to take place this weekend with fun for all ages from 9am to 5pm – road closures will be in place.

Aventurion Emeralds started their sessions at St Gwladys’ Church Hall on April 30 and will be practising there every Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.

Free banner-making workshops run by Cardiff based art and craft shop, Twin Made, are coming to Bargoed library this May and July.

A total of £37,269 in grants has been awarded to organisations in Aberbargoed and Bargoed from the Community Empowerment Fund.
