Council rejects ‘bin police’ debate after wardens asked to inspect recycling

Councillors will not be given a chance to debate whether antisocial behaviour wardens should be used to patrol people’s recycling.

A charity which supports the homeless and those affected by poverty has relaunched with a new board of trustees.
