Maximum rate of council tax for second homes to increase by 300%

The maximum amount of council tax that can be charged on second homes is set to quadruple from next year, the Welsh Government has announced.

From September, the Childcare Offer, as it is known, will include parents in education and training – as well as parents on adoption leave.

Face masks are no longer legally required in a range of indoor places in Wales, such as cinemas, theatres, community centres, museums and gyms.

The funding will be used to help places like community groups, sports grounds and public organisations to access a defibrillator.

Over-75s, care home residents and anyone over the age of 12 who is immunosuppressed will be offered the vaccine.
