A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a knifepoint robbery in Blackwood.
Gwent Police is investigating the attack and has appealed for witnesses or people with dashcam footage to come forward.
The robbery happened in Cefn Road, Blackwood, at around 6.45pm on Thursday, November 24.
The woman reportedly was approached by a person who demanded money while brandishing a knife.
The victim was unharmed, and her purse was taken.
Following its initial appeal, issued last week, Gwent Police said a 14-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of robbery and has been released on police bail.
