Some of the most popular offers from February half term have been extended this Easter.
A number of shops and restaurants are offering cheap meals for kids this Easter Holiday. With the cost-of-living crisis still having a huge impact on families, here are the best places in Caerphilly to treat the kids on a budget.
Firstly, the Welsh Government has extended its free school meal provision this Easter, so parents and guardians should check to see whether their child is eligible.
All of the offers below are for children up to the age of 16.
Asda
Asda has announced the return of its popular kids eat for £1 scheme.
This is particularly good, as it’s one of the few deals in the borough where no adult spend is required. A free piece of fruit is also handed out with the hot meal.
Asda cafes can be found in Caerphilly town and Blackwood.
Morrisons
Kids eat free at Morrisons when an adult buys a meal worth £4.49.

Brewers Fayre
Brewers Fayre on Crossways, Caerphilly is offering two kids deals this Easter.
The first being kids can get a three course meal – from the kids menu – for £4.99 with no adult spend required.
As well as this, kids get breakfast for free when an adult breakfast is bought.
Brains
Kids eat for £1 when an adult meal is bought at all SA Brains pubs. This offer is only valid on Wednesdays, and can be bought at the Pontygwindy pub in Caerphilly town and the Darran in Risca.
Sainsbury’s
Sainsbury’s Pontllanfraith will charge £1 for a kids meal this Easter when an adult meal worth at least £5.20 is bought.
Premier Inn and Travelodge
When staying at a premier Inn or Travelodge, buy one adult breakfast for £8.99 and up to two kids can eat for free.
There are three Premier Inns and one Travelodge in and around Caerphilly town.
