Gwent Police is appealing for information to find 27-year-old Logan James, from Gelligaer.
Officers want to speak with Mr James, who they believe could help with an investigation into a report of public order offences in Caerphilly.
The incidents in question happened on Sunday July 23 at around 4.40am.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact Gwent Police on 101, or through direct message on Facebook or Twitter, quoting log reference 2300240908.
