The event is taking place in Bargoed Library

An event highlighting the mental health support available to men is being held at Bargoed Library next month.

‘WellMAN’ day is being run by Bargoed Library in collaboration with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, GAVO and Caerphilly Cares.

A spokesperson for Bargoed Library said: “We’ve seen a lot of people coming into Bargoed Library looking for mental health support and groups.

“As such we have arranged…a ‘WellMAN’ day inviting people to attend Bargoed Library to find out about support and let us know what they want in the community.”

A survey is also available online for those who cannot attend in person.

The free event will take place on November 7 from 3.30pm to 6.30pm.
