Gwent Police has issued these CCTV images after alcohol was stolen from a Spar shop in Ystrad Mynach.

The shop, in Penallta Road, Ystrad Mynach, was hit by shoplifters on Wednesday August 3, although police have only just released the images.

Officers are seeking to trace two people they would like to speak to in connection with the incident, believing they may hold vital information. Despite numerous enquiries, officers have yet to trace them.

A Gwent Police spokeswoman refused to disclose exactly what amount of alcohol was stolen.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to call Gwent Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
