New face in council’s business development team

RichardEvansBusinesses in Caerphilly County Borough are to benefit from extra support thanks to a new appointment.

Richard Evans has been appointed Business Resource Efficiency Co-ordinator for Caerphilly County Borough Council and will be based at Tredomen Business and Technology Centre in Ystrad Mynach.

The business development team offers local firms support in their growth.

Mr Evans joins the council after a career as an environmental manager in the food industry.

Councillor Ron Davies, cabinet member for regeneration, said: “We are delighted to welcome Richard to our business development team and we would urge local businesses to get in touch and take advantage of his expertise in managing resources efficiently.”
