Sustainable transport charity Sustrans Cymru has launched a summer photography competition.
The organisation wants people to get out on the National Cycle Network in the South Wales Valleys and document their day.
People are allowed to take pictures of whatever they like – the only condition is that the picture must on the National Cycle Network.

The lucky finalists will have their pictures shown at this year’s Big Cheese Festival at Caerphilly Castle on July 30 and July 31 where visitors will decide who the wins.
Competition closing date is June 26.
