Police in Bargoed are trying to trace the owners of five bikes recovered in the Gelligaer area.

Officers found the bikes, believed to be stolen, while searching a house in Greenhill Place.

The bikes are described as follows: A red Mk111 boys chopper bike which is in good working order; a black and silver boys Team Saracen 6061 alluminium-framed bike with Promax bars; a yellow boys mountain bike; a silver Raleigh Max 18-speed bike; and a silver and pink girls Elsick Bolera bike.
