People interested in becoming magistrates can attend an open evening at Caerphilly Magistrates’ Court on July 7.
The event starts at 6.30pm and will give people the opportunity to look around the courthouse and speak to magistrates.
Other evenings will be held in Abergavenny on June 21, Newport on June 27 and Cwmbran on July 17.
To apply to become a magistrate, people need to be aged between 18 and 65 and demonstrate good character, social awareness, sound temperament, commitment and reliability.
