A third man has appeared in court charged over the robbery of an Indian takeaway in Pentwynmawr.
Jacob Lee Loisz, 19, of Quantock Close, Risca, appeared at Caerphilly Magistrates’ Court on Wedneday charged with robbery and possession of an imitation firearm.
He is accused of stealing £300 in a raid on the Taste of India, High Street, on April 22.
Loisz was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Newport Crown Court on June 21
On April 30, Daniel Burston, 23, of Llanarth Road, Pontllanfraith, and Kyran Peplar, 21, of Bryn House, Crumlin, also appeared in court in charged in connection with the same robbery.
Bueston is charged with one count of robbery, while Peplar is charged with robbery and possession of an imitation forearm.
Both men are in custody and are set to enter their plea at a later date.
