Police are appealing for information after a man was shot in Rhymney.
The 52-year-old was walking along a footpath in Twyn Carno near a large green when he was hit on the arm with a pellet from an air gun.
The shooting happened at 4.25pm on Sunday August 19. The man suffered a small injury to his arm and did not not need to go to hospital.
Police are investigating the incident and have carried out house-to-house enquiries in the area.
