A drug addict has been ordered on to a rehabilitation programme after he admitted burglary.
Scott Clash, 21, of Shelley Court, Graig-Y-Rhacca, admitted breaking into a house in Hazell Grove, Trethomas, and stealing two mountain bikes and some copper valued at £4,000 and a DVD player worth £80.
The break-in took place on July 18 this year.
Clash was ordered onto a six-month rehabilitation programme by Caerphilly Magistrates’ Court when he appeared there on Tuesday September 4.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85.
