Caerphilly Observer readers can win one family ticket for a performance of Babes in the Wood, this year’s Christmas panto at Blackwood Miners’ Institute.

Directed and starring top Welsh entertainer Owen Money and an all-singing, all-dancing cast, this fun-filled show is sure to enchant the whole family.

Hero Robin Hood sets out to outwit the evil Sheriff of Nottingham, whilst robbing from the rich to give to the poor and freeing the unfortunate babes in the wood. There’s also time for a little romance amidst this fast-paced adventure, as Robin attempts to charm the beautiful Maid Marian along the way.

What will happen to the robbers and the babes? Will they be eaten by the Big Bad Wolf? Will Robin Hood help them? Will the Sheriff’s plans be thwarted? Will there be enough ice cream to go round during the intermission?

Much-loved entertainer Owen Money said: “Our Welsh audiences have always enjoyed our pantomimes which are packed full of fun for all ages, guaranteed to have you laughing in your seats the whole way through.”

The deadline for entries is 5pm Thursday December 6, 2012. Terms and conditions apply. Family ticket is for two adults and one child and is for the 2pm performance on Sunday December 9.
