A Blackwood man has been sentenced with a 12-month conditional discharge after he admitted stealing a pair of Spiderman slippers.
Mark Board, 28, of Aneurin Avenue, Fairview, Blackwood, stole the footwear, a hat and a pair of gloves, all costing a total of £11.97, from B&M Bargains on Maesglas Retail Park on December 23, 212.
Board was ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and a £15 victim surcharge by Caerphilly Magistrates’ Court on Friday February 8. The stolen slippers were recovered.
