A 33-year-old, from the Abertillery area, is being held in custody after being arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs.
Witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have seen the car or the motorbike before the collision are asked to call Gwent Police on 101 quoting log number 407 23/12/13
When will the law be changed that drivers that cause a fatal accident while driving when over the drink driving limit will NEVER be allowed the return of their licence.
