Police appeal after computer stolen in Blackwood house burglary

Gwent Police are looking for two youths in connection with a burglary.

Officers were called to an address in Coed y Bryn, Blackwood, at around 2.30pm on Monday March 3 to reports of a burglary. A number of items, including a computer, were stolen from the property.

Police would like to speak with two youths seen in the St Annes Road and Manderville Road areas of Blackwood at about 1.30pm.

The first was a white male, about 18-years-old, 5ft 6in tall, of slim build with a wispy thin moustache dark in colour and short straight dark brown hair.

He wore a hooded anorak and carried a backpack over his shoulders and spoke with a local accent.

The second person was a white girl about 14 years-old.

She was thin and had long dark shoulder-length hair and wore a hooded jacket.

Anyone with information about the burglary or the two youths spotted should contact Gwent Police on 101 quoting log 245 03/03/14.
